My left middle toe is getting this “sharp sensation”(pain!) whenever I’m getting ready to jump through, or when I remember to spread my toes while in Adho Mukha. It does not hurt when I jump back. Weird right? You would think that landing would hurt but it doesn’t. I’m hoping it’s a nerve thing and not a bone thing (I have no idea why I hope for that by the way). It also yells randomly while I’m walking…. I’m running around gathering stuff before my trip tomorrow, acting like the squirrels in the yard. No way I’m going to waste an afternoon at a Dr.’s office so he can tell me to get an x ray. It will have to wait till after labor day. And, I know that even if it was fractured you can’t put a cast on a toe. So I’ll just lay off jump backs/jump throughs and take break from the 5 miler. Anybody have any anecdotal advice? This Mercury in retrograde never bit my butt like this before, Not that I can recall paying any mind to Mercury before…
